MEALS

  • Buddha Bowls

1

Have you ever had a Buddha bowl? If you haven’t you are missing out. They are the perfect things to meal prep and so easy to cater to your own tastes.  Meal prepping makes your life so much easier and is a great way to plan out how you will eat healthy.  So what is a Buddha bowl? Basically is a super yummy way to add whole grains, lean proteins, tons of veggies, nuts, seeds, and dressing in a delicious bowl that will make the perfect meal!

  • Zucchini Pasta “Zoodles”

2

Switch out pasta in any of your favorite recipes for ZOODLES. They are so good and make your dish some much lighter and will leave you feeling so much better. Invest in a spiral slicer and these will be your new favorites. Zucchinis also have an outstanding source of vitamin C and manganese. They are one of the best sources of dietary fiber that will keep your body in the best shape for long term running.

  • Homemade Pizza With CAULIFLOWER Crust

5

As a die-hard pizza lover this one is my favorite. Low carb, this recipe will give you ease to heart when you make this rather than ordering Pizza Hut, again… Load on top of it your favorite veggies and proteins to make it your own. It honestly tastes nothing like cauliflower and is actually quite simple to make.

  • Caprese Stuffed Avocados

7

Fresh avocados stuffed with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella tossed in basil pesto and finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Need I say more? Avocados are the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. They have nearly 20 vitamins and minerals and are a naturally nutrient-dense food. PLUS they are one of the best carbs that will help lean out your stomach!

One of my favorite parts about getting Thai food is the fresh cucumber salad they always give you! It is actually super easy to make yourself.  Cucumbers are also an excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum & contain important nail health-promoting mineral silica.
